Shipping
We offer free nationwide TCS delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 working days following order confirmation. This estimate is not an unconditional delivery guarantee.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible through our official WhatsApp or customer support channel.
We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to TCS, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal order-cancellation process.
If you experience a problem with the delivered item, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
Cancellation by S&M Jewels Collection
We may contact customers to cancel or amend an order where a product is unavailable, an address cannot be verified, a pricing error has occurred or fulfillment is otherwise not possible. We will explain the reason wherever practicable.
